Biography:
Christine O’Donnell is an Emmy-Nominated TV Journalist & Podcast Coach. She is the founder of Bright Sighted Pros, a community of bright, independent and professional podcasters who have a true vision for their podcast, brand and business.
In 2018, she began her podcasting journey while on Maternity Leave. Just days after her son was born she found herself face deep in a notebook developing a female empowerment podcast for a brand she created called: GoBAMF.
Shortly after returning to work she was asked to lead the development, launch and growth of The Dr. Gundry Podcast. The show reached the top of 5% of podcasts worldwide in just five months. After receiving a number of referrals Christine took “the leap” and launched her own production and consulting company called: Bright Sighted Podcasting.
After a decade of working as a TV news reporter at top stations and top markets and on the national stage — one of her social media posts was taken out of context by an internet blogger and she was fired. She took this loss very hard, but found her way back on her feet while working with a small and talented group of women at a marketing company. Days after the birth of her son, she started planning her podcasting business and hasn’t looked back since.

Christine currently lives in Los Angeles, California with her husband Steve Kuzj. Steve is a reporter for KTLA news. They have two children: Asher and Ava. They also have two cats: Magellan and Kahlua. She was an NCAA Rowing Champion in 2007 for the University of Minnesota. In her free time she enjoys walks on the beach, hikes in the mountains and playing “the ground is lava” with her kids. Her favorite condiment is ketchup.
