James McGregor is the Founder, CEO, and Chief Sustainability Innovator of The Blue Tribe Company, a media and consulting firm based in Newcastle, Australia. He helps businesses, governments, and purpose-led organizations advance sustainability, climate, and circular economy strategies through behavioral science, data, and storytelling.

As Executive Producer at Blue Tribe Media, James leads television and documentary projects focused on environmental solutions, including food waste, energy efficiency, and sustainable business. He is also the host of The Good Business Podcast, where he explores how companies can align profit with purpose.

A Cambridge University alumnus and former Army Officer, James has spent more than two decades working across renewable energy, sustainable buildings, solar technologies, smart grids, and behavior change. He is the author of more than 20 peer-reviewed papers and a frequent speaker on sustainability, clean energy, and the future of business.
