Michael Barrett is a decorated U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran, leadership coach, and veteran advocate dedicated to helping service members successfully transition to civilian life. He is widely recognized for his work empowering veterans through career development, workforce training, and mentorship programs.
For several years, Michael served as Director of the VetNet program at Working Wardrobes, a Southern California nonprofit focused on workforce development. In that role, he led initiatives that provided veterans with career coaching, job training, professional development, and employment placement services. He also helped organize programs that equipped veterans with professional attire, interview preparation, and networking opportunities to support their long-term success.
A passionate advocate for the veteran community, Michael frequently represented the organization at military and community events and facilitated discussions on veteran issues and leadership.
