Zach Frankel, a biology graduate with expertise in biochemistry and genetics, is the Executive Director of the Utah Rivers Council. He founded the organization in 1994 and is known for pioneering water conservation laws and championing river protection campaigns in Utah. An authoritative figure in Utah’s water policy landscape.
